What we offer

Brainstorming Session
Coaching 

We offer coaching within three core areas: 

  • Personal Development Coaching; including Career, Interview, Life and Wellbeing Coaching 

  • Business and Performance Coaching; including team coaching  

  • Executive Coaching 

 

We will work with you and your organisation to design a bespoke package to suit your needs. This can include providing your dedicated in-house coaching support with open access for your staff to book into either one or more coaching sessions depending on their needs; team coaching or off site and virtual one to one coaching packages. 

As well as extensive knowledge of evidence based coaching tools, Pellere Development can offer a range of personality profile assessments to support both personal and team development. 

Coaching in organisation and leadership settings is an invaluable tool for developing people and teams. The benefits of coaching are many; 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and over 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills. 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more (source: ICF 2009). 

Coaching provides a space for personal development and growth. It improves confidence of individuals and teams, increases organisational awareness and reduces conflict within teams.
